Max has been teaching a monthly bondage workshop at the Center for Sex Positive Culture (CSPC) (formerly known as the Wet Spot) in Seattle since November 2003. These workshops coincide with the monthly "Bondage is the Point" party held on the first Sunday of each month. The workshops run from 2:30 to 5:30 PM, and the party is from 7:00 PM till midnight.
Please note that you must be a CSPC member to attend the parties, but membership is not required for these workshops.
This workshop will teach you everything you need to know to start tying people up. In addition to technical skills, we'll focus on the "soft" skills required to put together a successful bondage scene.
We'll talk about why we do what we do, basic rope techniques, several different bondage positions and how to choose a position that's appropriate for your particular play style. We'll also spend some time talking about the psychology of bondage and the steps involved in putting together a fun and successful scene.
